Bassam Frem

Bassam Frem is a Principal in the Dubai office of the Boston Consulting Group. He joined 7 years ago after completing his MBA at the London Business School. Bassam is a core member of the firm’s energy practice in the region, specializing in power and utilities with focus on Renewables and other energy transition and sustainability measures for the sector. Bassam has led a number of projects supporting clients on strategic, organizational and operational questions as they embark on their journeys to transform the business ensuring readiness for a future net-zero world including developing the right capabilities.  

Before joining BCG, Bassam worked as power generation planning expert at SNC Lavalin in Canada.
