Xavier Eiglier

Xavier holds a Master in Economics and an MBA from The University of Aix En Provence. From 1995 to 2001, he debuted his career in the Stevedoring, Warehousing & Freight Forwarding for Perishable Products in Marseille / Port of Marseille. In 2002, he was appointed Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding & Logistics for perishable) at Compagnie Fruitiere Head Office in Marseille, before moving to manage Inland Logistics & Port Operations for the Compagnie Fruitiere Group in Ghana (West Africa) from 2003 to 2007. Between 2007 to 2020, he headed different shipping lines for the CMA CGM Group: from 2007 to 2008, he was Line Manager Oceania Lines in Marseille and in 2009, he was Line Manager North Europe to Asia Lines. From 2010 to 2014, Xavier was Vice President French West Indies Guyana Lines and from 2014 to 2015, he became Vice President Latin America & Caribbean Lines. In 2016, he was appointed Vice President Asia & India / North Europe Lines before becoming Senior Vice President North South Lines (Africa, India, Latin America, Oceania Lines) in 2017. From 2018 to 2020, he was Managing Director and CEO of ANL in Melbourne (Australia) and in 2021, held the position of CEO of CMA CGM Air Cargo. Since April 2022, Xavier is Head of CMA CGM Dubai Regional Office, overseeing the Middle East Gulf, Indian Sub-Continent, Indian Ocean Islands, Southern & Eastern Africa.
