David Horsup is the Managing Director of Technology at OGCI Climate Investments.
OGCI Climate Investments was formed by the Oil & Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI), a CEO-led initiative of oil & gas majors that account for around 30% of global hydrocarbon production. OGCI aims to lead the industry’s response to climate change. David leads the technology operation for the $1B+ investment fund focused on implementing decarbonization solutions across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Climate Investments, David spent 30 years in the oilfield services sector, leading global technology, and R&D teams.
David holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry and BSc in Chemistry from the University of Hull, UK. He is based in Houston, Texas.
