Björn Ewers is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy and Operations practices, as well as a member of BCG’s People & Organization practice.
Since joining BCG in 2005, Björn has worked extensively in the energy sector, with particular experience in oil and gas and utilities. He has partnered with numerous energy clients developing roadmaps for international growth, designing and implementing corporate strategies, creating new operating models, and launching companywide performance management systems.
Björn’s experience has also covered numerous postmerger integrations, and he has worked with several national oil companies on projects related to developing innovation strategies, optimizing upstream and midstream activities, and creating renewable energy strategies.
He has helped a wide range of energy clients with restructuring, creating shareholder governance models, and designing major operational excellence programs.
