Andrew Horncastle

Andrew Horncastle is the head of management consultancy Oliver Wyman’s IMEA Energy Practice and a member of the firm’s regional Management Committee. Covering Energy, Chemicals, Utilities, Mining, Trading, Upstream and Downstream, he has built significant experience on the intersection between Energy and Public Sector, with a particular focus on Strategy and M&A and transformations including operating models, capability building, operations efficiency and cost reduction as well as localization.

Of his 25 years’ consulting experience, Andrew spent the past 15 years serving all major Middle Eastern Chemicals clients as well as working with global Chemicals players.

Now based in the UAE, Andrew has a  Masters in Business Administration at the Karl Friedrich University in Bamberg Germany and also undertook a Fellowship program at INSEAD.
