Ali Al Sayegh

Ali Al Sayegh is the Vice President, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).He is responsible for all internal communication and engagement activities across the 50,000 employees that make up the ADNOC Group. The purpose of his role is to enhance the employee experience and commitment to ADNOC through ensuring all employees are well informed, engaged and feel involved in both the strategic direction and day to day operations of ADNOC.Mr. Al Sayegh leads the Group Internal Communications team which also includes a growing team focused on change management and cultural change. Meanwhile he also oversees, guides, and delivers Group wide campaigns and change programs to the network of comms teams across ADNOCs value chain of companies.Mr. Al Sayegh is particularly passionate about driving engagement with youth and investing in development for UAE nationals, having himself benefitted from being part of the ADNOC Future Leader program and chairing the ADNOC Youth Council between 2019 and 2021.He has spent his entire career with ADNOC Group, giving him a chance to move around prior to his current role. His previous experience in Human Capital, gives him an employee perspective from different parts of the Group which he continues to actively participate in by leading Employee Site Visits with His Excellency Dr Sultan al Jaber and other leaders.Mr. Al Sayegh holds a Bachelors (BA) degree in International Relations and a Masters (MA) degree in International Political Economy from Kings College London, and is a graduate of the prestigious Sheikh Mohamed Scholars Program at NYUAD.
