Salem Bafaraj

Salem Bafaraj is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the Energy industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of In-Country Value (ICV) at ADNOC, he has held diverse experiance in supply chain strategic planning, stakeholder management, budgeting and financial planning, engineering, information technology, project management, and transformation programs. Salem's expertise lies in driving efficiency, enhancing business excellence and agility, and positioning ADNOC as a future-ready organization.

Salem's leadership at ADNOC includes spearheading the development and implementation of the company's ICV strategy. Under his leadership, ADNOC has achieved notable outcomes, such as creating employment opportunities for local talent, strategically localizing critical links in the supply chain, and contributing to the GDP growth and diversification of the UAE economy.

Salem's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UAE University and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Abu Dhabi University. He has also acquired accredited certifications in supply chain management and information technology.
