Nisha Lathif

Nisha Lathif is the General Manager for Upstream Oil & Gas Business in Honeywell. She is a business leader and technical professional with over 22 years’ experience within the industry. She drives the growth strategy for the HPS Upstream Business and responsible to expand the digitalization, sustainability & other new initiatives across Upstream. She leads and manages Technical Consultants, Vertical marketing, BD & strategy-related activities in the Oil & Gas portfolio and her current role also involves leading new innovations, product marketing activities, VOC's and Business plan for new product launch within the vertical.

Nisha has a Bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engineering & Project Management Certified Professional and has been associated with various Oil & Gas industry forums. She heads the Inclusions & Diversity council in Honeywell across MENA region and is also a key member and mentor for upcoming future shapers in the Women in Technology forum. She has represented Honeywell at various international Oil & Gas forums and also a key member of AmCham.
