Mansour Belhadj is a senior business leader with a wealth of experience and expertise in the energy sector, spanning Europe, the Middle East, and Africa regions. Currently serving as General Manager at Microsoft, he leads the company's energy and resources segments across Central, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMA) regions.

As General Manager of Energy and Resources Industries at Microsoft, Mansour drives sales, delivery, consumption, and customer satisfaction in the dynamic CEMA region. With a deep understanding of the energy sector and its challenges, he is committed to empowering customers and partners through digital transformation and connected enterprise solutions. Leveraging his skills in key account management, strategy, and general management, Mansour fosters growth, innovation, and value creation for Microsoft and its stakeholders.

With over 30 years of service, Mansour held executive roles in major global engineering, technology, and software companies before joining Microsoft. Armed with a master's degree in Electronics Engineering and an advanced studies degree in Engineering Sciences from EFREI and Paris East University, he further developed his skills at Harvard Business School Executive Education General Management Program.
