Iman Al Qasim Executive Vice President Human Capital Iman Al Qasim is Executive Vice President Human Capital at Emirates Global Aluminium. Ms. Al Qasim joined EGA in 2020. Ms. Al Qasim is a Human Resources leader and change agent with particular expertise in organisational transformation. She has over 20 years of experience in industries including Finance, Energy, Automotive, and Retail and in both Government and multinational organisations. Ms. Al Qasim is a Board member of EGA America Inc. Ms. Al Qasim joined EGA from Emirates National Oil Company, where she was Group Human Resources Director. Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Director of Human Capital at Mubadala Investment Company, Deputy Vice President Human Resources at Dolphin Energy, and Human Resources Director at General Motors Middle East. During her career, Ms. Al Qasim has led functions including Human Capital Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Human Capital Information Systems, Organisational Development, Performance, and Rewards and Policy. Outside EGA, Ms. Al Qasim serves as a Board member of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), Aramex, Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre Group (ADNEC), and United Printing & Publishing. She is Chair of the ADNEC Remuneration Committee and UPP Human Resources Committee. Ms. Al Qasim has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom.
