Dr. Saif Sultan Al Nasseri

Dr Saif Sultan Al Nasseri is the Group Human Capital Director of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), one of the world's leading energy producers and a primary catalyst for the growth and diversification of the Abu Dhabi economy. Through this role, Dr. Al Nasseri focuses on driving profitability, efficiency and performance, as well as developing a world class talent pool, while driving continuous improvement to make the Company truly fit for the future. Previously, Dr. Saif Al Nasseri served as the Chief Executive Officer of ADNOC Gas Processing, where he was responsible for leading and directing the UAE’s major supplier of gas, and gas related products. In July 2021, he was additionally appointed as General Manager of ADNOC Industrial Gases, a leading producer of Nitrogen and Oxygen to customers for various industrial uses including the supply of medical-grade products and services. Dr. Saif Al Nasseri held the position of ADNOC Gas Processing Director. ADNOC is one of the top ten crude oil and gas producers and exporters in the world and instrumental to Abu Dhabi’s economic and sustainable development. In this capacity he led, planned, guided and drove the developments of ADNOC’s gas processing and transmission activities and assets in Abu Dhabi’s highly integrated hydrocarbon chain. His responsibilities also included ensuring the current and planned operations meet ADNOC’s overall strategic objectives and programs according to plans, budgets and industry best practices. Dr. Al Nasseri’s journey in supporting Abu Dhabi’s oil and gas industry development spans over 20 years, in which he held many key leadership roles, including, but not limited to serving as ADNOC’s Business Support Director, where he oversaw the Company’s legal affairs, organizational development and external affairs. His responsibilities also included representing and managing ADNOC’s strategic bilateral relationships, both locally and internationally. Prior to that, Dr. Al Nasseri led ADNOC’s Exploration and Production Directorate’s Performance Management and Strategy Formulation Process as Planning Division Manager.
