Aaya Saleh Al Menhali

Aaya started her career with ADNOC LNG in July 2019, being one of the 1st females based offshore in Das Island, as a Material Engineer in the Maintenance Division. She worked extensively on her development through the Youth Development Program, having gained both knowledge and hands on experience. In addition, she joined the Youth Committee where she was an active member in supporting youth through various initiatives and events. Within a year she moved to the Center of Excellence department as an Analyst in the Strategy Division, where she got to work with various functions to ensure continuous development, lean processes are implemented, and efficient procedures are in place. Post the formation of ADNOC Gas, Aaya joined the Business Transformation team as a specialist supporting strategic projects within the company that help elevate employee experience and culture. Currently, Aaya is taking part in ADNOC Future Leaders Program Cohort 4, to further enrich her expertise and acquire new skills that will support her mission to be an active contributor in ADNOC.
