Karl Krister Fagerstolt

With more than 35 years of experience in the Petrochemical and Refining industry Karl Krister has been working in several positions from catalysis research, plant operations, asset development/portfolio execution, managing technical procurement on group level as well as heading the Borealis Process Technology department in InnoTech (Innovation). As Head of the Process Technology department Karl Krister was leading and engaging especially in ethylene and propylene manufacturing technologies. He is also very passionate to understand Megatrends, with a special focus on the impact of sustainable technologies in our industry, such as chemical recycling, bio feeds, CO2 reduction etc. Currently Karl Krister is process manager for the new Borouge 4 cracker which is currently under construction.
