Mr. Jawad Ahmad Aleem holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from University of Punjab Lahore. He has 32+ years of professional experience in the Fertilizer, Refining & Utility plants. Presently working as Deputy General Manager- (Refinery Operations) at Pak Arab Refinery (PARCO). Previously he has worked as Head business development, Energy Manager, Internal Audit Manager & Advisor Plant Operations in ADNOC Refinery & as Senior Operations Engineer in Fauji Fertilizer Company (FFC).
As Front Line Champion he has managed the Operational Excellence initiatives for Process optimization and business process improvements for E2E Process & Scheduling. This has resulted in significant savings in operating cost.
He had implemented Energy Management System & conducted many Technical Audits & feasibility studies at ADNOC Refining. He has extensive experience in turnarounds planning and execution.
