Ir. Saiful Anuar Bin Mohd Mokhtar

Ir. Saiful Anuar Mohd Mokhtar is the Group Technical Authority (Process Design), Head (Process Design) and Custodian Engineer at the Project Delivery and Technology Division of PETRONAS. He possesses over 20 years working experience in the refinery, gas & LNG and petrochemical industry as an Engineering Manager and Head Process Engineer for various PETRONAS capital projects. A Chartered Chemical Engineer (CEng) with IChemE and a Professional Engineer (PEng) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), his experience covers the full cycle of engineering process from business case development, detailed feasibility study, FEED and EPCC. He is currently working on various sustainability and circular economy projects for PETRONAS which include CCUS and waste upcycling to various industrial and consumer products.
