Eng. Maha Zahran

Maha Zahran is an electronics & communication engineer with over 21 years of experience in oil & gas industry. Maha is experienced in developing and implementing business strategies for large organizations. She Currently leads Risks’ Management & strategic planning general department at Petrojet; Petrojet is one of the leading integrated services EPC contractors across the Middle East and North Africa with workforce volume exceeding 30,000 employees. 

Maha has a diversified experience in various fields; she took several managerial roles leading cross functional activities including Chairman & Managing director’s technical office, Engineering affairs & feasibility studies affairs. Moreover, she participated in several committees responsible for Human Capital Management, organizational development & restructuring, more and above she acted as Board & Assembly secretary.

Maha holds a Master degree in business administration (strategic Management major), a Diploma in Global Energy industry and a diploma in Project Management. Maha is a dynamic speaker in topics related to strategic management, human capital management & organizational change. Her last contribution was at “EGYPS 2023 “as a technical speaker in People & Talent Management category.
