Dr. Mike Roshchin

Mike Roshchin owns more than 20 years of successful leadership experience in various industrial domains related to Enterprise Digital and AI-driven strategic initiatives. His expertise covers a wide range of topics such as Digitalization & AI, Cloud & Industrial Data Analytics, Digital Twins, O&G, Energy, and Manufacturing. Since the beginning of 2023, his professional focus has been on technological excellence and business development worldwide at the fast-growing American company, EPAM Systems, Inc., which specializes in software engineering services, digital platform engineering, and digital product design, where he serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Data Practice in the Energy Industry. Prior to joining EPAM, he was CTO for O&G at C3 AI jointly with Baker Hughes, responsible for both business development and delivery of AI applications in Europe and the Middle East. Before joining C3 AI, he spent almost 15 years at Siemens AG as Principal Program Head for Industrial AI, where I was in charge of corporate core technological initiatives and led various well-known AI-driven software projects and industrial systems.
