Dr. Adnan Mohamed Almenhali is a highly experienced professional with a remarkable 15-year tenure in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in the field of drilling wells. Throughout his career, he occupied both field-based and managerial positions within ADNOC Onshore. In 2022, He has been assigned as crucial role of HSE Manager for drilling operation 70+ rigs, leading the way in achieving outstanding HSE records. Their exceptional performance and dedication resulted in significant improvements in safety metrics, including a reduction in Total Incident Rate (TIRR) and incident counts when compared to the previous seven years. Having served as a Drilling Team Leader across various fields, including BAB field, Bu Hasa field, Nouf field, Shanayel field, Sahel field, Asab field, Shah field, Qasahwira field, and Mender field, as well as ADNOC Sole risk fields. Therefore, he has gained extensive expertise in overseeing drilling operations across diverse locations. Their hands-on experience and leadership skills have been instrumental in driving successful drilling campaigns while ensuring adherence to stringent safety protocols and operational excellence.

Dr. Adnan Mohamed Almenhali holds an impressive educational background, graduating with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Khalifa University. His thirst for knowledge and continuous professional growth led him to achieve a Doctorate in Business Administration from UAE University. In addition to their academic accomplishments, he holds esteemed professional certifications, including Chartered Engineer and Chartered Petroleum Engineer from the Energy Institute and Engineering Council.
