Delphine has over 20 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry working for a major process licensor. She gained solid knowledge in process design, technology and technical assistance for numerous technologies and in particular in hydroprocessing before moving to various sales and business development roles. Her latest involvements included positions as Business Development director for a revamp integrated business and Technology director for advanced plastic recycling technologies.
She recently joined Schneider Electric as Global Sustainability Consulting Director to develop solutions to help the Energies & Chemicals sector reduce its carbon footprint and develop circularity.
Delphine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Université Technologique de Compiègne (UTC) in France and a Master of Science degree in Refining, Engineering and Gas from The IFP School.
