Beate Edl

Beate Edl is working as Senior Project Manager in the field of Circular Economy at OMV. She studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the Vienna University of Technology and completed her doctorate in the same subject. After graduating, Ms. Edl worked at the University of Economics and Business in the field of innovation research before she moved to the private sector: for several years Ms. Edl advised customers from various industries on the topics of technology and digitalization at a large consulting firm. She has been with OMV since 2019; in her current position she is involved in building the business model around OMV’s patented chemical recycling technology ReOil. In addition she represents the topic of chemical recycling on the part of OMV at the European Chemical Industry Association (Cefic).
