Zoltan Rendes

Zoltan is the co-owner and Chief Marketing Officer of SunMoney Solar Group. SunMoney is running the world’s biggest community solar power program bringing the renewable energy investment opportunity to small private investors globally since 2013. As a partner he is responsible for marketing, communication and business development strategy in the group. He is also a European Union Climate Pact Ambassador. Zoltan is a visionary “playmaker” with more than two decades of experience in marketing and communication both as a corporate executive and as an entrepreneur. He started his professional career as a crisis correspondent covering stories in war and disaster torn areas of the world. That is when he started to pursue his passion for “saving the world”. He strongly believes that making the world a better place can be profitable too and that companies should focus on involving more and more people in the fight against climate change through their business models. Zoltan is a passionate single dad, who doesn’t want to leave the fight against climate change to his son, Oliver.
