Oxana Dankova

Oxana Dankova is the global leader for the Energy Networks segment for Boston Consulting Group. She has extensive experience shaping strategies and leading transformation programs for global energy businesses to help them deliver sustainable impact and drive energy transition. Oxana has been with BCG since 2006, supporting clients across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Australia. During her time with BCG, she worked with energy companies along the value chain, from upstream to petrochemicals, oil downstream, power generation and retail, and gas and electricity transmission and distribution. Oxana is a founding member of BCG's Network Transformation Services (NeTS) team, which, since 2015, has been focusing on transformation of energy network businesses. In her global Energy Networks segment leader role, she drives the development of Zero Ready and digital capabilities to support network companies deliver highest priorities business outcomes in the context of energy transition - such as Next Generation Network Planning capability to drive renewables uptake and utilisation. Oxana’s pre-BCG experience includes supporting a power sector reform as well as her PhD work in the field of institutional economics.
