KC Littlefield

KC Littlefield is the General Manager of Technology Commercialization in Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage within the Chevron New Energies organization. In this role KC is developing the technology portfolio for Carbon Capture and Utilization and accelerating the maturation of Chevron’s novel technologies to commercialization through various pilots and partnership opportunities. KC joined Chevron in 2008 and held various roles in Supply Chain across Environmental Management, Upstream, and Wells organizations. KC has also held positions in Operations and Business Performance, and most recently was responsible for the Enterprise deployment of Chevron’s Competitive Performance framework. Prior to joining Chevron, KC was at Waste Management (WM) and had multiple roles of increasing responsibility in Operations and Supply Chain in including the management of fleet fueling and alternative fuels (CNG, biodiesel), and collaboration with the California Air Resource Board to reduce vehicle emissions through various fleet retrofit and replacement campaigns. KC is a dynamic leader who enjoys solving complex problems and driving change to realize value. She excels at leading programs that are transformative and shaping outcomes through collaboration and integrating disparate scopes for better results. KC’s strengths include an ability to quickly connect ideas, establish a clear vision, and find mutual benefits for stakeholders to team together. KC is naturally curious and a life-long learner. She loves the diversity of her career as it allows her to think differently in order to offer innovative solutions. Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, KC lives in Houston, Texas. She has a passion for sustainability and has woven that into her work through various sustainable supply chain initiatives, local content development, and now carbon capture.
