Daud Khan

Daud Khan is a Corporate and M&A partner with Clifford Chance based in Abu Dhabi office. He advises sovereign owned groups, multinational companies and financial institutions on a range of matters including corporate governance, cross-border M&A, investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Daud has worked extensively in the MENA region across a number of sectors including the energy, transportation, banking and consumer goods sectors.

Daud has been with Clifford Chance for 18 years which includes time in the Firm’s London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices and on secondment with clients - including a 12 month secondment as the General Counsel, Company Secretary and Executive Committee member of easyJet PLC.

Daud sits on Clifford Chance’s Global ESG Board where he leads the governance pillar and advises boards of companies on the intersection of ESG regulation, risk and governance oversight.  He was named in The Lawyer’s Hot 100 2020 and is recognised by Legal 500 as a leader in the field of Corporate Governance.
