Murray Auchincloss

As bp’s interim CEO, appointed in September 2023, Murray leads bp’s strategy – to transition bp from an International Oil Company to an Integrated Energy Company.

Before this appointment Murray was bp’s chief financial officer and a member of the board of directors. As CFO he led a major modernization drive in bp finance, including building the financial frame on which bp’s strategy rests.
