Lucian Boldea

Lucian Boldea is the President and CEO of Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT), a $10.7 billion business with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. Lucian’s focus in this role is to provide innovative solutions that help Honeywell customers decarbonize their emissions footprint and accelerate their energy and digital transition. Honeywell PMT has the most advanced portfolio of advanced chemistry, process technologies, as well as automation, controls, and digitization technologies in the industry. PMT is helping customers transition to more sustainable solutions to meet emissions reductions in refineries, refrigeration, propellants, cars, and much more. Before joining Honeywell, Lucian was Executive Vice President for Eastman Chemical Company where he led global strategy, business operations and financial performance. He has also held other leadership roles at Eastman including his role as Senior Vice President for the Additives & Functional Products Business where he was responsible for Eastman’s largest, most profitable business segment. Lucian began his career with Eastman as a chemist in 1997. Lucian earned a doctorate in organic chemistry from the University of Florida, an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of Management in Philadelphia, and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of West Florida. Lucian is a sought-after public speaker where he passionately talks about topics ranging from ESG, decarbonization and the future of energy.
