Mr. João Henrique Rittershaussen has been Investments & Digital Technologies VP in Braskem since May 2023. Electrical Engineer from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and specialized in Petroleum Engineering. With an MBA in Business Management from Coppead (UFRJ) and Advanced Management Program by Insead (Institute Européen D ‘Administration des Affaires) in France. He worked at Petrobras for 36 years and held several managerial positions in the Upstream and Procurement segments. In 2017, he became an Upstream and Downstream Executive Manager for the construction new assets (FPSOs, UPGNs, onshore pipelines, refining units, among others). In 2021 he was assigned as Chief Production Development Officer in Petrobras.
