Jennifer Hooper

Ms. Hooper is an accomplished leader with a distinguished career in the energy industry. She has held numerous vice president and senior management positions throughout her journey, exemplifying her expertise and commitment to driving innovation and transformation.

Currently, Ms. Hooper serves as the SVP of Electrification, Automation & Digitalization (EAD) for Siemens Energy’s Transformation of Industry business. Siemens Energy employs around 93,000 people across more than 90 countries. Their technologies help generate an estimated one-sixth of the world’s electricity.

In her role, Ms. Hooper spearheads initiatives that address the crucial needs of industrial, oil & gas, and maritime applications, which demand electrification, automation, and digitalization to optimize energy consumption and production processes. Drawing from her international business background, she fosters innovation and collaboration within her team, enabling them to support customers in achieving a decarbonized future and ensuring a secure energy supply.

Ms. Hooper assumed her current position upon the establishment of Siemens Energy in 2020, following its spin-off from Siemens AG. Under her leadership, Siemens Energy continues to strengthen its position as a global leader in EAD solutions, propelling next-generation decarbonization efforts across industrial process and marine industries, and other key verticals.

Before joining Siemens Energy, Ms. Hooper was the VP for Product Management & Subsea Marketing Communications at TechnipFMC, where she played a pivotal role in advancing their operations. Before that, she held another crucial leadership position as the VP for Subsea Processing at TechnipFMC. Ms. Hooper accumulated 13 years of valuable experience in management roles at FMC Technologies before embarking on her journey with TechnipFMC.

With more than 25 years of international business and marketing experience, Ms. Hooper is a frequent speaker on esteemed panels and roundtables. She advocates for adopting emerging technologies that enable businesses to electrify, automate, and digitize their operations and reduce their carbon footprint.
