Captain. Ozgur has been the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Maritime Trainer since 2011. Before starting his journey at Maritime Trainer, he spent 12 years working on various tanker types, as a lecturer at a Maritime Academy, and as the Training Coordinator of two major Shipping Companies. He also established and managed a crewing agency for a while, which still serves global clients. He has a wealth of experience in understanding the industry expectations for crew training and assisting shipping companies in meeting these demanding requirements with the innovative digital talent management solutions Maritime Trainer has developed.
