Sebastien leads a global organization dedicated to process industries automation, providing sales leadership, and driving its strategic direction.
His team is responsible for the alignment, development and nurturing of strategic relationships across the Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Plastics, and Metals & Mining industries, whilst ensuring Rockwell Automation is the partner of choice to support process customers on their energy transition, sustainability, and decarbonization journey.
Sebastien joined Rockwell in 2019 as Middle East Turkiye and Africa regional vice president.
Prior to working at Rockwell Automation, Sebastien has served with DELL France and Areva T&D and held several positions with Schneider Electric, most recently as the MEA Energy Business Unit Commercial VP in Dubai.
In 2004, he founded his own company, Galea Technologies, which involved the creation and development of a public mobile battery-charging kiosk solution.
Sebastien holds a Master’s degree in international sales and an MBA from IAE Montpellier II. In his spare time, you can find him vacationing, enjoying sports & competition, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Sebastien resides in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with his wife and two daughters.
