Rich Morin

Rich Morin is Chief Operations Officer at Celeros Flow Technology, a global technology leader in flow control equipment. Rich has more than 25 years of leadership experience in a variety of energy markets.

Rich enjoyed a successful career at GE, where he held roles of progressive responsibility in both Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations within GE Energy and GE Oil & Gas, ultimately fulfilling the role of GM Global Sourcing for GE Oil & Gas.  Rich most recently served as the Vice President of Oilfield Equipment Enterprise Operations at Baker Hughes, before joining the Celeros FT team in December 2022.

Rich is a proven operational leader having led through varying business cycles globally, in a dynamic Energy space.  As the COO for Celeros FT, Rich provides strategic direction, leadership and is accountable for Engineering, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality and HSE globally.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from the US Naval Academy, Rich served three years as an Officer in the US Navy prior to joining GE.  He also holds a Master’s Degree in Science with a focus on Engineering and Global Operations Management from Clarkson University.  Rich currently resides in Houston, Texas.
