Rashesh Mody

Rashesh Mody is an accomplished leader with over 35 years of experience in software development for the industrial automation and infrastructure operations market. As the Executive Vice President of Business Strategy and Realization at AVEVA, Rashesh is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that promote the growth and profitability of the company. He ensures that all aspects of the business strategy and commercial realization, including business planning, strategy, pricing, and licensing, are aligned with the organizational goals. 

Rashesh's extensive experience in product and business management has been instrumental in leading AVEVA's Operations business, which includes Operations controls (HMI/SCADA), Operations Information, Operations Execution, and the advanced solutions portfolio. He has also played a key role in developing industry strategies and go-to-market activities for both direct and ecosystem partners. 

Rashesh's journey with AVEVA began in 1992 when it was part of Wonderware, and he has remained with the company through several transitions, including the sale to Schneider Electric and its eventual spinoff and merger with AVEVA. He has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility in key areas of Portfolio Management, CTO and R&D, and Global Support and Services. 

Rashesh holds a master's degree in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology, as well as bachelor's degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
