Vatche Kourkejian

Vatche Kourkejian is a Senior Partner in Roland Berger's Industrial Products and Services (IPS) team in the Middle East. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has primarily worked with clients in the Middle Eastern and African energy and manufacturing sectors. He has been advising regional governments and state institutions on enabling and expanding the industrial base, as well as large corporations on adjusting their business model to changing market conditions and fundamental digital disruptions. His client coverage includes power and water utilities, oil & gas downstream players, in addition to heavy industries such as metals and building materials producers. His methodological expertise covers corporate strategy, reorganization and operational performance improvement, including digital transformation and Industry 4.0. Vatche holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communications from the American University of Beirut.
