Talal Hasan

Talal is the Founder and CEO of 44.01, a technology start-up that eliminates CO₂ by turning it into rock. Talal founded 44.01 in 2020 with the goal of accelerating the natural process of carbon mineralisation to remove CO₂ permanently, safely and at scale. The company won the Earthshot Prize and an Elon Musk Institute XPrize in 2022, and now has operations in Oman and the UAE.
