Appointed in July 2023, Linn Tonsberg is Senior Asset Director, Air bp and Managing Director bp Middle East LLC. Based in Dubai, she is responsible for leading Air bp’s business across the region. Additionally, Linn represents bp in the capacity of General Manager and Board Director in multiple bp Joint Ventures in the Middle East.
Linn brings 17 years of highly relevant commercial and business development experience to her role. She joined Air bp in 2013 and since then has held roles of increasing responsibility including: Global Account Director, based in London responsible for managing fuel supply contracts with commercial airlines; Business Development Manager in the Middle East and Africa based in the UAE; and most recently, Global Director of Process Excellence, with responsibility for managing Air bp’s process transformation, leveraging its digital agenda for end-to-end sales and the customer journey.
Linn is a graduate of bp’s Future Leaders Programme which is an accelerated development programme that allows participants to build experience and exposure across the breadth of global businesses and prepares them for a senior leadership career. She holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School.
