Ali Al Rawahi

Ali Al Rawahi over 16 years of experience in technology and field development in the oil and gas sector, bringing his resilient and focused approach to his role as Senior Vice President, Technology & Innovation (Upstream). He has led multidisciplinary project teams to exceed business targets and accelerate strategic objectives.

Al Rawahi has extensive experience across Research and Development (R&D), Subsurface Development Management, risk management, Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) field implementation, business planning, production forecasting and reserves estimation, projects value optimization and Internal Auditing (IA), among others.

He is a graduate of the first cohort of the ADNOC Future Leaders (AFL), a selective program to develop high-performing individuals into leaders. Al Rawahi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa in the United States and an MBA from the United Arab Emirates University.
