Simon Andrews

Simon joined Kent in 2021 and brings with him demonstrable expertise in the development and delivery of People Strategies and implementation of new HR Operating models for multi-national organisations globally. 

Since joining Kent, Simon has delivered tangible results improving business performance and employee engagement across the spectrum of strategic HR, business partnership & development and transformation and change.  He has also developed and executed the Global HR programme management, detailed integration planning and introduced new HR services and systems.

With an engineering background, Simon made a lateral move into Human Resources in 2007 after delivering some fantastic roles for over 15 years as an Operational Leader in both Public and Private Sector organisations. The drive behind this career move was his passion to make a difference for the people that matter most – employees.
