Jennifer Richmond

Jennifer Richmond is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) at Wood, a global leader in consulting and engineering in 60 countries with nearly 40,000 employees. As Wood’s Executive President of Strategy & Development she brings more than 20 years’ experience delivering best-in-class solutions for clients, leading transformational programs and driving strategic growth of major companies. She holds executive responsibility for Wood’s growth through strategic planning, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing and communications. Prior to Wood, Jennifer held a variety of senior leadership roles at Jacobs including Senior Vice President of Sales for the Federal and Environmental Solutions business. She also previously served as Senior Vice President for the Advancing National Security and Defense business where she led a global team delivering mission-critical solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and other government clients.
