Deborah is a Manager and leads ADI Transformation in EEMA. She has worked on numerous transformation projects and has experience forming and managing multiple stakeholder partnerships, connecting the best of the firm experts and resources. She has delivered on traditional strategy projects developing and presenting solutions to support clients and build capabilities. Deborah is passionate about working with leaders and coaching them. She enjoys being a trusted client-counselor and developing deep relationships at different levels varying from one-on-one situations exploring their individual goals or in larger team settings driving mutual goals. She is interested in creating impact through creating, launching, and managing solutions with a focus on people development, organizational culture and health, and change management. Deborah holds an MBA in strategy from the University of Oxford, England, and a BA in Psychology from Spelman College Atlanta, GA. She spent a decade as a Human Rights advocate specializing in developing and managing strategies for the prevention of violence against women and girls with government agencies and charitable organizations.
