Zakeyya ALMOOSA is currently a Deputy Managing Director at TotalEnergies UAE Services. She started her career with Total (now TotalEnergies) in 2011 as the Emiratisation Project Leader.
Prior to her present role, she was Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Total Abu Al Bukhoosh. She developed herself and grew up the ladder within the company during this time and is now one of the Board members of TotalEnergies in the UAE.
During her tenure with Total ABK and in her capacity, she took an interest in recruitment and development and retained a high-performing and diverse workforce. Under her stewardship, TotalEnergies ABK was committed to inspire employees the core leadership values of Emiratisation, people development, innovation and operational excellence. During the time, she ensured that Total ABK managed the HR business in a way that promotes equal opportunity for all.
At TotalEnergies, review seminars were held twice a year with all managers to discuss our ' development plans. Developing talent is one of the goals set for employees to put them on an exciting career path that may include outsourcing them to work abroad, in line with Abu Dhabi's strategy and vision to provide opportunities for Emiratis. She made sure TotalEnergies adopted the Program and is fully committed to it.
Joining the company in the Emiratis Leadership Project, which is entirely dedicated to the recruitment and development of UAE nationals, she hired highly qualified nationals supported by TotalEnergies’ management and motivated and integrated the employees in various ways, organised training to contribute their higher or continuous education and then to setting contexts for receiving incentives and awards which resulted in an overall employee well-being. This was clearly demonstrated during the COVID-19 period when the whole employment scenario world-wide was extremely complex and without any respite the operation of the company was cohesively handled without any disruption or employee dissatisfaction.
In her position as Deputy Managing Director, TotalEnergies UAE Services, Zakeyya ALMOOSA has been participating to important Energy sector events like ADIPEC as Key speaker in Women In Energy conference sessions as well as Technical Conference Sessions, both as Committee Member and Section Chair.
