Amine El Hamzaoui

Amine is currently the Director of Corporate Strategy and Strategic Partnerships at Masdar, driving the company’s growth strategy to deliver 100 GW of clean energy and 1 MT p.a. of green hydrogen by 2030. In this role, Amine is also responsible of strengthening and expanding Masdar’s partnerships with institutional partners, industrial peers and stakeholders in the businesses’ value chain across the company’s global presence.

Amine started his career with the Kuwait Investment Authority, in charge of the Sovereign Wealth Fund’s Strategy and Corporate Development department in Morocco. In this role he also managed the first fund of fund transactions in the Kingdom and executed some of the largest private equity deals in the country, in energy, telecom and industry.

Before joining Masdar in January 2015 as Manager in the Corporate Strategy and Investment Research department, Amine was a management consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
