The ADIPEC Forum for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I Forum) will be attended by 180+ delegates this year. This half-day interactive forum on 07 November 2024 provides a platform to discuss the structural inequalities that the energy industry is facing.

Part of the programme is a lunch for all the speakers and attendees to the DE&I Forum. Sponsoring the lunch will allow a company to align its brand with the Forum whilst be able to meet, network and pick up on key points raised by executives that participated in the workshop.

Sponsorship Package

The sponsor of the DEI Lunch will receive the following deliverables:

1. Two tables at the lunch seating up to eight (8) guests where they may host their invited guests during the lunch
2. High profile branding and recognition as the sponsor of the lunch on the main screen within the theatre that hosts the forum, table decorations etc.
3. Branding and recognition on marketing collateral used to promote the forum e.g. the dedicated page on the website, emails and the forum brochure
4. A dedicated email after the 2024 edition of ADIPEC thanking delegates for attending the lunch. The sponsor may also include a link to a relevant download.
