Dr. Ashish Agarwal is the Managing Director and CEO of SEROS, India’s largest integrated energy services company, with operations spanning offshore and onshore drilling and services, well services, shipping, geothermal energy and logistics. Under his leadership, SEROS has helped put India on the global geothermal map by applying its hydrocarbon expertise to support the clean energy transition. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across energy, infrastructure and manufacturing. At the Essar Group, he held multiple leadership positions across its steel, shipping, logistics and energy businesses. Dr. Agarwal is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and IIM Ahmedabad, a CFA charterholder and a member of Young Presidents' Organization.
