A visitor pass provides access to all exhibition halls at ADIPEC, while a delegate pass offers additional access to the conference sessions and to this year's enhanced networking opportunities.

A visitor pass for ADIPEC 2025 costs US$50 (+5% VAT) until 2 November 2025. After this, during show days (3-6 November 2025) visitor passes will cost US$100 (+5% VAT).

After you register for ADIPEC, you will receive a confirmation email and a print-at-home badge will be sent to you a week prior to the exhibition.

Access is strictly limited to members. Guest passes are issued only to suite holders and their pre-registered guests. Guests without an authorised pass cannot be admitted.

As a Global Energy Club member, your pass will give you access to the exclusive, invite-only Global Energy Club as well as ADIPEC’s 17 exhibition halls and specialised industry areas for artificial intelligence, decarbonisation, digitalisation, maritime & logistics as well as Young ADIPEC.

To register as media at ADIPEC, one of the following criteria should apply to you:

• Editorial staff at a trade publication/site (note that advertising, sales and marketing representatives will not be eligible for press badges but may register as attendees).
• Writers covering the energy industry for a recognised media organisation.
• Freelancers for national, regional, or international media or trade publications.
• Industry bloggers with at least 10,000 unique visits per month on your blog (note that news aggregator or self-promotion blogs will not be considered).
• Photographers or videographers gathering footage on behalf of an ADIPEC exhibitor or media production company
• Social media influencers with a reasonable following and relevant focus.

The following information is required for successful media registration at ADIPEC:

• Name of media outlet, website, organisation or social media account you represent
• Name of the reporter, broadcaster, blogger, social media influencer, anchor, photographer, or videographer who will be attending the event
• Contact information of attendee, including email address and mobile phone number
• Passport quality photograph

Registered media will have access to the following:

• ADIPEC Opening Ceremony
• All ADIPEC conferences, except the Technical conferences
• Onsite Media Centre
• All Exhibitions Halls
