Hosted in the Leadership Suite on the second floor of the Middle East Energy Club (MEEC), the Leadership Roundtables are at the very heart of ADIPEC and are an important cornerstone of ADIPEC’s Strategic Conference programme.

By invitation only, each roundtable brings together up to 30 senior C-level executives from within the energy industry, including policymakers, ministers, and innovative thinkers who are defining the evolution of a responsible energy industry and implementing the transformational business strategies needed to deliver a cleaner energy future and boost global energy security.

Global partners from leading consultants within the energy industry have the opportunity to moderate a leadership roundtable with the support of the Roundtable Chair. The role of the moderator is to lead the roundtable, facilitate the discussion, and ensure all participants have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion.

Moderating a leadership roundtable allows the global partner to gain firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities that this highly influential audience of energy executives is facing and looking to take advantage of in the coming years.

Sponsorship Deliverables

As a Content Partner for a Leadership Roundtable, the consultancy will receive the following deliverables before, during, and after ADIPEC:

Pre-ADIPEC:

1. Video Interview with the global partner moderating the roundtable
2. Branding and recognition on the marketing collateral used to promote the Leadership Roundtable(s). This includes, but is not limited to:

• Official announcements across social media, emails, and webpages
• Within the relevant sections of brochures produced to promote Leadership Roundtables

During ADIPEC:

1. Early access to the Leadership Suite (approximately 20 minutes before) to:

• Meet the Roundtable Chair and the executive(s) participating from the roundtable sponsor
• Prepare to welcome and network with the other participants as they arrive

1. Receive branding on the TV screens within the Leadership Suite
2. May distribute a branded report relevant to the roundtable topic subject to approval by ADIPEC

Post ADIPEC:

An output summarizing the discussion and key takeaways from each of the Leadership Roundtables will be authored by ADIPEC. The Content Partner is also expected to contribute to the output with relevant content.

The output will be used as follows:

Individual Output: An individual output will be authored by the ADIPEC team. The Content Partner will have its logo positioned on the front of the output, and the Partner who moderated the roundtable will also receive recognition inside the output. This will be shared with the roundtable participants, MEEC members, and available for download from the ADIPEC website.

Collated Output: The output from the leadership roundtable moderated by the Content Partner will also be added to a document collating all the outputs from all the roundtables held during ADIPEC. The collated output will then be distributed to all the members of the Middle East Energy Club and promoted across ADIPEC’s social media channels."
