Sultan Al Nuaimi serves as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management at Borouge International. Since joining Borouge in 2013, he has held several leadership roles across Supply Chain, Business, and corporate strategy, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, HD/LLD Business. Throughout his career, Sultan has led key business transformation initiatives, including AI and digital transformation programs, strategic cost optimization projects, and enhancements to Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. He has also played a leading role in advancing commercial performance, market expansion, and organizational culture initiatives across the business. Sultan has completed executive education programs at INSEAD and IMD, further strengthening his expertise in strategic leadership, innovation, and transformation.
