Sergii Fedorenko is a senior executive with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with a strong background in energy trading, commercial strategy, and supply chain management. He previously held a senior management position at Ukrnafta, where he was responsible for the procurement and sales of petroleum products, supply logistics, gas and electricity trading, the development of the retail gas station network, and B2B fuel sales to corporate clients. He currently holds a leadership role at Naftogaz. Prior to that, Sergii served as Chief Commercial Officer at Ukrgasvydobuvannya from 2015 to 2023 and was a member of the company’s Executive Board. During this period, he also headed Naftogaz Oil Trading from 2019 to 2022, overseeing trading operations and contributing to the development of the company’s commercial activities in energy markets. In 2022 - 2023, he volunteered in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Sergii holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and an MBA from the Kyiv School of Economics.
