Philip Vorobyov is Consulting Director for Gas and LNG at S&P Global’s CERA Consulting with a special focus on Middle East, North Africa and the Former Soviet Union regions. He has 25 years of experience in global gas market analysis, strategy, origination and business development. Philip was formerly head of business development and communications at JKX Oil & Gas, an independent E&P company with operations in Ukraine, Russia and Eastern Europe. Prior to that, Philip worked for TNK-BP Gas & Power division in Moscow where he performed a number of senior roles including head of strategy, business development and regulatory affairs. He was also Associate Director for Russian and Caspian Energy at Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA). Philip holds an MA from Harvard University and a BS from Georgetown University.
