As COO of thyssenkrupp’s Decarbon Technologies segment and CEO of thyssenkrupp Uhde, Nadja is committed to developing innovative processes and technologies that enable customers to reduce CO₂ emissions and achieve long-term sustainability. She has been Chief Operating Officer of the Decarbon Technologies segment since October 7, 2025 and Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of thyssenkrupp Uhde since May 1, 2024. Prior to this, she was Senior Vice President Region Africa for Siemens Energy, responsible for the company’s overall portfolio development in the African market. Nadja has held various management positions at Siemens and Siemens Energy and leverages over 20 years of national and international experience in the areas of supply chain management, operations, sales, and corporate management.
