With a career spanning Asia, the Middle East, and Australia, he has led diverse teams through complex commercial, operational, and strategic challenges—always with an eye on long-term value and shared success. His background includes leadership roles at Shell and BG Group, where he managed multi-billion-dollar ventures and helped deliver major growth initiatives. His experience covers upstream to downstream operations, new business development, and delivering value through both organic and inorganic opportunities. At RAKGAS, Manu is focused on setting a clear strategic path while strengthening internal capabilities to meet the evolving demands of the energy sector, including early work in energy transition readiness. His leadership approach is grounded in accountability, collaboration, and delivery through people. He holds degrees in Engineering and Business Management, with additional certifications in international management and leadership. Manu believes leadership is not just about direction, it’s about clarity, consistency, and integrity.
